Experience
Senior Design Researcher I, Truist
As a Senior Design Researcher I, I own the entire research lifecycle within a segment of the commercial banking space, including planning, running, analyzing, and presenting UX research studies as well as collaborating with design and product to ensure research designs and objectives are met. To maintain a cadence of monthly research studies while managing a budget of over $140K, I recruit commercial banking prospects and clients for moderated and unmoderated sessions while implementing a variety of methodologies across discovery, concept, and usability phases of design.

As an Assistant Professor, I taught classes on technical communication, information architecture, and usability testing. I also led research projects for publication and presentation at international and national-level journals and conferences on UX and content strategy.
